Ordering & Payment

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to Florida, Georgia, & New Jersey.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit card payments and Pay-Pal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.

Sale Items

Sale items are final sale. Only regular priced items may be exchanged or returned for store credit.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your credit card has been authorized and verified. Your order will be ready to depart within 2-4 business days of the product being completed. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping will usually be via USPS First Class Mail (2-4 days) or Ground Shipping (3-10 days). The number of shipping days are estimates. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been sent out for delivery with the tracking information.

If you have not received an email with tracking information, the following could be possible reasons:

1. The order has not shipped yet.

2. The email input at the time of checkout was incorrect.

If you are having trouble finding your tracking confirmation, please send an email to contact@marthaofmiami.com with your order number and we will provide you with the carrier information.

Some products will take longer to be made than others. Shirts, and other articles that need printing, may take up to 14 business days. These details will be on the product page.

Lost Mail

The shipping provider and tracking information is sent to you via email. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered or is missing, and you have not received it, you will need to "File a Claim" or "Find Missing Mail" with USPS. Links provided below:

Martha of Miami does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as "Delivered" by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. Any issues with missing or lost mail is with the facility directly and no longer with Martha of Miami.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Changes or Cancellation

Orders are processed within 1 business day. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please send an email immediately to contact@marthaofmiami.com. After the order has been processed, we will not be able to make any changes.

All products are inspected to guarantee that they are shipped undamaged and in perfect condition.
